Melatonin supports normal mental functioning and sleep patterns. Assists in the management of jet lag.  Melatonin is an antioxidant and supports the immune system during times of stress, with aging, sleep deprivation and malignant diseases.

 

Interactions and Precaution:

Side effects may include daytime drowsiness, headache and dizziness. May cause transient depression, headaches and dizziness.  Do not exceed recommended dosage. Safety in pregnancy and lactation not established.
