MCT oil – 360ml

Indications:

Medium chain triglycerides can be used as a dietary aid, to help the control of hunger and satiety. It may be used to augment a ketogenic diet and may improve brain function in epilepsy, Autism and Alzheimer’s. MCT oil may reduce lactate build-up with exercise. MCT oil may have a variety of anti-microbial and anti-fungal effects.

Interactions and Precautions:

May increase insulin sensitivity in type 2 diabetes. Do not use if allergic to coconut. May cause abdominal pain, diarrhoea and nausea with excessive dosages.

Contains no artificial colourants, flavourants, preservatives, lactose, gluten or yeast.

Dosage and directions for use:

Use 5-15ml up to three times daily or as advised by Health Care Practitioner.
