Indications:       

Biotin is a co-factor for the metabolism of essential fatty acids, glucose production and amino acid breakdown in the body. Assisting in the growth and strength of hair, skin, and nails.

Interactions and Precautions:

No known interactions. Safety in pregnancy and lactation not established.

Contains no artificial colourants, flavourants, preservatives, lactose,  gluten or yeast.

Dosage and directions for use:

Adults and children over 10 yrs.:  1-2 Tablets daily in divided doses or as directed by Healthcare Practitioner.
