Indications: 

5-Hydroxytryptophan acts as a mood stabilizer and mood enhancer. Alleviates symptoms of panic disorder, insomnia and Fibromyalgia. Increases the amount of REM sleep and may help to prevent nightmares. May be of benefit for the management of ADD and ADHD.  May reduce appetite and carbohydrate cravings.

Interactions and Precautions:

5-Hydroxytryptophan should be used with caution with the following medications: Antidepressants, Carbidopa, Tramadol, Dexometharphan, and Triptans. Do not exceed recommended dosage. Not to be used in people with liver disease. Safety during pregnancy and lactation not established.

Contains no artificial colourants, flavourants, preservatives, lactose, gluten or yeast.

Dosage and directions for use:

Adults and children over 12yrs.: 1-2 Capsules daily in divided doses or as directed by Healthcare Practitioner.
