Indications:

A calcium and magnesium containing supplement.  Calcium is of cardinal importance for bone structure and strength. Calcium is also involved in the regulation of membrane permeability, acid alkaline balance, blood clotting and hormone secretion. Magnesium is an important mineral regulating membrane permeability, muscular contraction, nerve conduction, enzyme functions, and protein synthesis. Calmag is a highly absorbable form of calcium and magnesium for the support of conditions where additional minerals are required or indicated.

Interactions and Precautions

No known interactions. High dosages may include nausea and gastrointestinal discomfort. Do not use close to ingesting Bisphosphonates.

Contains per capsule:
Calcium citrate 300mg
Cholecalciferol (Vit D3) 500iu
Magnesium citrate 300mg

Store below 25ºC in a dry place.

Dosage and directions for use:

Adults and children over 12 yrs.:  2-4 Capsules daily in divided doses or as directed by Healthcare Practitioner.
