Indications:

A combination of nutraceuticals that assists in the management of insomnia, sleep pattern disorders, acute and chronic anxiety and mood disturbances.  Supports the restoration of disturbed circadian rhythms and sleep wake cycles.

Interactions and Precautions:

5-Hydroxytryptophan should be used with caution in conjunction with the following medications: Antidepressants, Carbidopa, Tramadol, Dextromethorphan, and Triptans. Safety during pregnancy and lactation not established.

Contains no artificial colourants, flavourants, preservatives, lactose, gluten and yeast.

Dosage  and directions for use:

Adults and children over 12yrs.:  1– 2 Capsules at night or as directed by Healthcare Practitioner.
